I wish I had an agent like Tyler when I first got out of the military because he was knowledgeable about the area, responsive to any communication I sent his way and had good advice about negotiating the sale of a house I had inherited. He went way beyond the extra mile ( I was selling the house while living out of state) and made sure the house was emptied out, cleaned up for showing and sold it quickly in a tough market . I would use him again by preference! Very dependable.

Tyler was responsive, helpful, fair, and knowledgeable in my home purchase, which almost didn't happen if it weren't for his negotiation skills. He drove a few hours to tour the home when I couldn't be there in person, then came back again once I could tour it in person. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.
